This was SO much fun to make. I decided to not have an order to how I glued the crayons on. Also, I faced the crayons so you can read the color names. I found it interesting that the names were written in three languages. English, Spanish, and French.

I made this with a friend I hadn’t talked to in a while. And when I say a while, I mean a year or more probably. It was nice to see her again, but it felt a little off. We just didn’t have much in common anymore. Don’t get me wrong, she’s still a great person. There were just frequent and long stretches of silence. And not the kind of silence you have with close friends that you don’t feel the need to fill. I had fun, though I’m pretty sure that’s the last time we’ll ever hangout. Time. That’s a thing. People grow up. Grow apart. Ahhhhh. Sad. I’m going to be a senior.

I’ve just finished the series Greek and I’LL ADMIT IT, I cried a little. What can I say? I’m a sucker for happy endings. And it’s not just the resolution of all the problems that the final episode did pretty well that made me sad, it’s also the fact that I spent a majority of my nights this summer (into the wee hours of the morning) watching this show and now have to find something else to do.

Greek’s gotten me psyched for college searching and college in general though. Even if I do have a year left. I WILL MAKE IT THROUGH SENIOR YEAR.

Now I must start a new journey, with new friends. Breaking Bad, Dr. Who, or Walking Dead? It’s a little pathetic that I’m calling the characters from a TV show my friends. But oh well.

Out of everything I’ve done thus far on my bucket list, I must say that this was the least thrilling/biggest let down. The wings were sub-par (they have nothing on BWW), the waitress wasn’t terrible friendly, and the restaurant in general was a little skeevy.

I shared 20 honey barbecue classic wings with my friend, and by the time I finished my half, I thought I was going to be sick. The wings tasted and felt fatty. Ick. I’ve heard that they have pretty good wings, but sorry, I didn’t see it.

The waitress gave good service, but it wasn’t spectacular. Not that I’m a lesbian (and not that it’d be a problem if I was), but I felt no vibes coming off of her. I mean, one of the main reasons I wanted to go to Hooters is because of what I had built the place up as in my head. I guess I thought she’d be more sexual and throw in some innuendos while serving us. Like “Would you like your wings EXTRA spicy?” or some stupid sleezy line like that. Oh well. That’s what you get when you have a dirty mind. A big let down. I have checked Hooters off of my list and NEVER WILL YOU CONVINCE ME TO GO AGAIN.

Also, I should note that most of the waitresses boobs were well acquainted with the helper bra. And most of them needed a lot of help to get any cleavage. Not that it matters. But again, I just thought all the waitresses would’ve had massive boobs.

I don’t know about the other people, but I barely watched the movie. No, I wasn’t making out with a date or bumping it in the backseat…but I just didn’t find the movie (Brave) that great and going was more about who I was with. At least that was how I felt.

It was a huge drive-in with 11 rows of cars and maybe 80 cars per row. But they had a nice speaker system set up so hearing wasn’t a problem. The only problem was getting into the place! There was probably a quarter mile back-up on a fairly busy road that was two lanes wide to get in to the drive-in. But we passed the time blasting summeresque music and flirtatiously waving at people in other cars. (You’re never too young to play sweet face/sour face.) Once we were in and found a spot (that was pretty far back I might add) we took out some blankets and settled in on the roof and the hood of the car. Call me crazy, but cars are not meant to be laid on. It was pretty uncomfortable.

A majority of the movie I spent whispering back and forth with Jimmy or Taylor. We received annoyed stares from the mother with children on the car to our right. Oh well. That was basically my drive-in movie experiance. Maybe I’ll do it again one of these days, but we’ll pick a better movie next time.

Yeah, I know. It’s not a Rubix cube. But it is still a mind puzzle that takes time to do. Also, I can do those 15 puzzles. So that counts for something right? May I add that this Sudoku was a Hard one? I’m a whiz. By the way, it took almost the whole plane ride from Denver to Chicago to do this…maybe that makes it less impressive.
